Quality policy

It is the policy of Ogilvie Ross to;

  • Undertake to carefully identify our client requirements and create solutions to meet or exceed requirements ensuring that where appropriate these services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • To only undertake assignments, which we are qualified and able to carry out.
  • To undertake diligently and impartially the work of any project and to ensure at all times a high professional standard of work and conduct.
  • Not to practise when our judgement is or may be impaired through any cause.
  • To respect confidential information concerning a client’s business.
  • Not to disclose, or permit disclosure or publication of any information of a confidential nature concerning the business, finance transactions, intellectual property, customers or affairs of any client without the client’s prior consent.
  • Not to exploit for our own advantage, or the advantage of any other client any confidential information.
  • To engage others to assist with a project only when we have established that their qualifications and experience are appropriate to the work and made known to the client in advance.
  • To provide the client with a clear written proposal identifying the objectives, scope of work, duration and fee, or fee basis, for the proposed project.
  • To disclose to each client any personal or financial interests or other significant circumstances which might influence work on the project in any way not stated in writing in the project proposal, in particular;
  • Any appointment or interest in a competitive business.
  • Any financial or other interest in goods or services recommended or supplied.
  • Any personal relationship with any individual in the client company.
  • The existence (but not the name) of any other client with competing interests.
  • Not to endeavour neither to entice away from a client any person in the client’s employment nor to invite such an employee to consider alternative employment.
